Birdie and Ayla Sign an Agreement to Expand Golf on a National Scale

Birdie, a company specializing in offering golf simulators, and Ayla Oasis Development Company signed a cooperation agreement to grow and develop golf locally and increase interest for the sport among people of all ages.
The cooperation agreement was signed by Ayla’s Managing Director Eng. Sahl Dudin and Managing Partner of Birdie Akef Al Zoubi.
Birdie gives people of all experience levels and age groups the opportunity to enjoy and experience the game in a wholesome virtual setting by providing indoor golf simulators from golf courses around the world.
Through this cooperation, the two companies seek to advance and expand the golfing community in Jordan by focusing on cooperative activities, trainings, events, and more with the goal of attaining annual growth in golf among youth and adults.
It was also agreed that both companies would collaborate in cross marketing to provide services and facilities to members and relevant clients from each side. In addition to promoting Ayla golf tournaments, Ayla Golf Club will host events and a membership program for Birdie customers, and Ayla’s professional golf teams will hold training sessions at Birdie for clients.
The two companies will host a variety of activities and events, including weekly scramble competitions, ladder games for youth and adults (individual competitions), weekly karaoke nights, ambassadors and VIP events, golf clinics (for youth and adults), golf clinics with Ayla professionals, company competitions, and special live music events.
Ayla’s Managing Director, Sahl Dudin reaffirmed Ayla’s continuous effort to play a significant and effective role in fostering sustainable development in Aqaba at all levels of the economy, society, and sports. In addition to recognizing Aqaba as a regional hub for such activities, Dudin noted that the growth and spread of golf will aid in the development of a new generation of professional players.
For his part, Managing Partner of Birdie, Akef Dajani, expressed his pleasure in this distinguished partnership with Ayla, which will surely help to broaden the appeal of golf among many Jordanian social groups rather than limiting it to a particular category. To support Ayla’s efforts to develop the sport and discover a passionate and skilled generation in it, Birdie will make use of its full capabilities and technical expertise in the field.
